Requirements:
- Associate Degree (COTA) from an accredited program
- Current state Occupational Therapy certification
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC membership preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience
