Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and flexible Travel X-Ray Technologist to join healthcare facilities . The ideal candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires adaptability, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in different clinical environments.
We are seeking a skilled and flexible Travel X-Ray Technologist to join healthcare facilities . The ideal candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires adaptability, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in different clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and explain the process to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Position patients correctly to obtain the most accurate diagnostic images.
- Operate and maintain radiologic imaging equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure radiation safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Review images for quality and accuracy before submitting to the radiologist.
- Maintain proper patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide excellent patient care.
- Travel to assigned facilities and adapt quickly to different clinical workflows and teams.
Requirements:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification – Required
- California Radiologic Technologist License – Required
- Fluoroscopy Permit
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 0–2 years of X-ray experience in hospital or outpatient settings.

Compensation: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per week
