Unit Notes

  • - Unit: PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care)
  • - Certs: Speech - do they prefer/require CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential? BLS required
  • - EMR: Cerner
  • - Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA: yes - usually will be perm staff though
  • - Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend
  • - Holidays: minor holidays, major only if needed
  • - Scrub Color/Uniform: business attire with white lab coat, no jeans
  • - Outpatient and Inpatient: N/A
  • - Shifts: flexible, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm
  • - What areas are they required to cover: they will be assigned to a geographical region
  • - Floor specific orientation: 1.5-2 weeks
  • - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: PT/OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything
  • - Additional Notes: Candidates must have experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form). 
  • Must also have one year experience working PT/OT/Sp, home setting experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
